New Teaching Positions, Fall 2016

This Fall, in addition to my position at Immaculata University, I’ll be working with students at several new (to me) colleges and universities. See the list below for information on these schools and, if you’re a student at one of them, how we can work together!

  • Haverford College: “Students who are accepted into a faculty-led program (Chorale, Chamber Singers, Orchestra, piano study) can take partially-subsidized private lessons for one-half graded credit per semester …  Students must take 10 lessons a semester and perform for a jury to qualify for both credit and subsidy.”
  • Swarthmore College: “The department offers private music lessons to many students … We provide a subsidy — in some cases, 100 percent of the cost of lessons — and give academic credit for private lessons. These are performers of the first rank, including musicians who have toured worldwide and appeared as soloists with the Philadelphia Orchestra and other major orchestras, opera houses, and recital series.”
  • University of Delaware: I’ll be leading the trombone studio’s repertoire classes and teaching the graduate students for a few weeks while Dr. Tychinski is on leave.

I’m honored to have these opportunities – while I enjoy teaching students of all ages, college aged students are definitely my favorite to work with! Feel free to contact me if you’d like more information.
