Justin Moore is a freelance trombone player in the Philadelphia area and has performed with the Philly POPSPennsylvania Ballet OrchestraOpera PhiladelphiaOpera DelawareAllentown Symphony OrchestraPrinceton Symphony OrchestraLancaster SymphonyBay Atlantic SymphonyOcean City PopsSymphony in CAcadiana Symphony OrchestraBaton Rouge Symphony OrchestraCurtis Symphony Orchestra, and more. Though classically trained, Justin enjoys making music of all genres and has also appeared with the Philly POPS Big BandLarry McKenna Jazz OrchestraAtlantic Brass Band, and a variety of commercial artists.

Justin is on the faculty at Temple University; teaches at the University of PennsylvaniaRutgers University-Camden, and the Delaware Governor’s School for Excellence; and has an active private studio in Cherry Hill, NJ. He was also previously on the faculties of the University of DelawareImmaculata UniversitySettlement Music SchoolPlay On, Philly!, and has been a guest instructor at Swarthmore College and Haverford College.

He has performed alongside many notable performers, including the Canadian Brass, Chris Botti, the Irish Tenors, Deana Martin, Il Volo, Allen Vizzutti, Jens Lindemann, Olga Kern, Sonny Landreth, and Joan Rivers, and has been a part of featured performances at the American Trombone Workshop, the Great American Brass Band Festival, and the International Trumpet Guild Conference. He also founded and manages the Avenue Brass, a Philadelphia-based brass ensemble.

Justin received a Master of Music degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Music degree from Louisiana State University. His primary teachers include Matt VaughnDr. Jeannie Little, and Dr. Milt Stevens.
